Recent Milestones
Completed Survey & Interviews
Over 60 tourism stakeholders in Johnson County provided insights via our survey, and 8 leaders in the local community completed an semi-structured interview.
Synthesized data for presentation & report
With over 80 pages of interview transcripts and 30 pages of survey findings, we processed our data with a SWOT analysis and list of reccomendations.
Passed findings to JCTA
Through our presentation on May 8th and the submission of our final report, JCTA has the information necessary to include stakeholder engagement in their 2050 master plan.
Defining the Path Forward
As we move forward in our future careers and further education, we are grateful for this experience with Johnson County Tourism Association. Through this project we learned how to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, project management, and improved our written & verbal communication skills.
